Description:
Malolactic fermentation is blocked at 50%, allowing the vintage Cuvée to evolve slowly. Once mature, this vintage, presented in a special bottle, will seduce you with the yellow gold of its color, its fine and wise mousse. The nose is complex and slightly roasted, it opens up with aeration.
Some notes of honey and fruit. The palate is well-structured and gives pride of place to the Pinot. A nice length and freshness on the finish.
2015, the mild and humid winter combined with a scorching summer provides the necessary sugar to the grapes to make a delicious and balanced vintage.
The nose is fruity, the attack on the palate is frank and powerful, with a length in the mouth giving this vintage body and persistence. The finish is slightly lemony.
