"I"t was in Ambonnay, in the Marne, a 100% Grand Cru village in our beautiful Champagne region, that on March 1st, 1952, decided to create my vineyard and begin selling the harvest in bottles of Champagne."

"In 1970, my son Gérard began working alongside me. At that time, the labels became Champagne Payelle Père et Fils, Ambonnay Grand Cru 100%."
"A few years later, Gérard’s son, Fabrice, joined his father, and we continued working together as a family: expanding the vineyard and improving the quality of our Champagnes."
